All Tribal Disables Union Manipur (ATDUM) has decided to impose 72 hours bandh in the hill districts of Manipur from the mid-night of February 17.
In its general council convention on February 4, ATDUM had resolved to start the agitation.
ATDUM has been demanding for the establishment and construction of a special school with hostel facility for the physically challenged persons in the hill districts of Manipur.
