IMPHAL, June 24: Various Muslim organisations such as Rural Voluntary Organisation Yairipok, Atoukhong Maning Leikai Development and Social Cultural Association Lilong and Lilong Chingkham Makha Youth Club have today issued press releases expressing their happiness on the unfreezing of the WAKF board account after a long time.
The account had been blocked for the last 13 months which was affecting various kind of payments such as salary of the Madrassa teachers, scholarship of the students, related payment of widows, Masjid, Idigah, Kabarstan and Madrassa modernization etc.
