IMPHAL, May 15 : Consumers of 11KV Heirangoithong feeder will experience power disruption on May 16 and 17 from 9.30 to 4 pm for charging of 11KV underground cable, informed a statement issued by the Manager, Singjamei sub-division, IED-III, MSPDCL.
