IMPHAL, Oct 21 : Stating that Manipur University should follow the Central Education Institutions (Reservation in admission) Amendment Act, 2012, (31 pc for ST, 2 pc for SC and 17 pc for OBC), the Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) today asserted that the demand that MU should follow the reservation norms of 7.5 pc for ST, 15 pc for SC and 27 pc for OBC is without basis and rationalilty.
