IMPHAL, Oct 24: The Manipur State Film Development Society(MSFDS) will sponsor two delegates from Manipur with lump-sum financial assitance for participating in the 47th International Film Festival of India, organized by the Directorate of Film Festivals, Govt of India, New Delhi at Panaji, Goa from November 20 to 28.
