IMPHAL, Feb 7 : Taking due note of the decision of the United Naga Council to continue with the economic blockade, the Home Department of the State Government today stated that this is despite the joint agreement signed on February 3 at New Delhi to the understanding that another tripartite talk would be held to discuss issues related to the new districts.
