The act of the 9 AR stationed at Moreh to brand the 63-year-old man, whose hair has turned grey, to be a captain of PLA is not acceptable, said RPF in a statement issued by its chief department of publicity, Taohangsu Heiremcha.

It also said the Mayang (Indian) soldiers who were brought up in slums without parents should keep in mind that such cheap death policy will not last.
