IMPHAL, May 25: Chief Minister Okram Ibobi’s nephew Okram Henry, who contested the last Assembly election on an MSCP ticket in Wangkhei AC, today appeared before the Special Court of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance in connection with the seizure of a consignment of drugs from Imphal Airport on January 11, 2013.
