A grand felicitation programme was held in appreciation of the four state players including the lone world champion from the district who got gold medal in the World Martial Arts Council Games, 2015, an open championship and festival, Bangkok, Thailand that had started since 12 till 22 March.<\/p>\n

Hundreds of supporters comprising of public leaders, politicians, students, villagers, well-wishers, friends from Senapati and the valley gathered at Tulihal Airport, Imphal to recieve them.
\nMore than 30 vehicles from Senapati join the victory march from the airport to Senapati headqaurter.<\/p>\n
