He said that development of telecommunication is a must in the light of &#8220;Look East Policy&#8221; and further assured the people of better service from the BSNL.<\/p>\n<p>The inaugural function was also attended by Jangmang Haokip, President HTC, CO 31 Assam Rifles, Rav Roop Singh, , J., Lhunkim, additional general manager, S. Manglem Singh D.E. (SM), C.A.O. finance G. Devnath, S.
