IMPHAL, May 30: A Youth Red Cross Unit was opened at Manipur University (MU) through a simple programme titled \u201cDissemination Programme on Youth Red Cross & Opening of Youth Red Cross Unit\u201d conducted at MU yesterday at the conference hall of Centre for Entrepreneurship and Skill Development, Social Science Block, MU with Dr Ksh Manglem Singh, vice-president cum chairman, Indian Red Cross Society, Thoubal district branch and Prof N Mohilal Meitei, Dean Students’ Welfare, MU as chief guest and president respectively.
\nThe programme was jointly organised by Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch and Manipur University NSS Cell.<\/p>\n
