The apprehendee revealed that he is an active member of PREPAK since 2001 and is involved in extortion and other underground activities on behalf of PREPAK, 6\/8 Gorkha Rifles  distributed  clothing and rations to People\u2019s Resource Development Community Care Centre in Bishenpur on 15 Dec 2011.
