IMPHAL, Aug 5: As part of the ongoing \u2018Border Area Development\u2019 projects undertaken by Assam Rifles, 31 Assam Rifles of 10 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Hqs IGAR (South) constructed a transit camp with toilet at the border village of Skipe under Kamjong block in Ukhrul district.
