IMPHAL, Feb 9: Khurai Polo Club and Singjamei Polo Club have stormed into the semi-final of N Hazari Memorial Polo Tournament after defeating MPSC (B) and MPSC (C) respectively in the quarter final matches played today at Mapal Kangjeibung.<\/p>\n

In the first quarter final, Khurai Polo Club defeated MPSC (B) by 8-1.<\/p>\n

Both teams could not score any goal in the first chukker.<\/p>\n

L Thomson of Khurai PC and S Abungcha of MPSC (B) scored one goal each in the second chukker.<\/p>\n

H Papak, L Thompson and Th Momocha scored four goals for Khurai PC in the third chukker.<\/p>\n

P Jotin, H Papak and L Thomson scored one goal each for Khurai PC in the fourth Chukker.<\/p>\n

In the second quarter final, Singjamei Polo Club defeated MPSC (C) by 3-1.<\/p>\n

P Ojit scored one goal for Singjamei PC in the first chukker.<\/p>\n

No team scored any goal in the second chukker.<\/p>\n

P Ojit and S Sadananda of Singjamei PC and M Bilam of MPSC (C) scored one goal each in the third chukker.<\/p>\n

Both teams again failed to score any goal in the fourth chukker.<\/p>\n\n
