IMPHAL, May 15: One Nepram Tombi Meitei of Koirou Thongju Part II was allegedly scolded and harshly rebuked when he went to meet an official today ironically as the whole State observes Meeyamgi Numit.
\nSpeaking to The Sangai Express, Tombi said that he went to meet Bashikhong Sub Deputy Collector, SDC for putting up some complaints regarding delays in issuing his income certificate when he was greeted with harsh words from some of the Department\u2019s staff.<\/p>\n
