Imphal, March 27 NNN: The MGNRGES which falls under DRDA shall be implemented by the Autonomous District Councils (ADCs) in toto as per the guidelines of the scheme, according to R.S Henry Hiilii who is the chairman of ADC, Senapati district.
\nHe said since DRDA has been devolved to the ADCs every scheme under the former shall be implemented as per the guidelines, said the ADC chairman of Senapati district. \u201cConcern staff and general public are requested to extend full co-operation in the implementation of the schemes,\u201d appeals R.S Henry Hiilii.
\nOn the certain percentage of MGNRGES allotted to the ADCs by the state government of Manipur, R.S Henry Hiilii said, \u201cThe 25% given to the ADCs by the Manipur government shall also be implemented as per the MGNRGES guidelines.\u201d He said owing to certain technical problems the ADCs are yet to implement the 25% allotment of the MGNRGES scheme.
\nThe chairman then said that the ADC, Senapati will make sure that the interest of the public is not compromised while implementing the schemes. \u201cWe will work in the interest of the people,\u201d asserted Henry Hiilii, adding, \u201cWe will never betray the people. The Autonomous District Councils which have become functional recently, is a local self government. We will try our best to develop the hill districts,\u201d assured Henry Hiilii.<\/p>\n\n
