Churachandpur: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Churachandpur, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region organised a \u201cField Day on Chilli\u201d at Sahenjang village today.
\nThe function was graced by chief of Sahenjang village S Doungel, SMS Horticulture, KVK, Churachandpur Dr RK Roshan, farm manager L Basil as dignitaries.
\nThe objective of the programme is to popularise the cultivation of local chilli or \u201cMeitei Morok\u201d. Altogether 20 farmers from Sahenjang and its neighbouring village attended the programme.<\/p>\n
