\nImphal, Apr 15: A team of Kakching Police arrested the accused person who was involved in the killing of one Keisam Premila (40) of Wabgai Thingel Leikai.
\nAn angry crowd dismantled the house of the accused this morning.
\nThe arrested was identified as Mayanglambam Amujao alias Khogendro (35) Kakching Turel Wangma Ningthou Pareng.
\nAccording to police, Kakching Police arrested him from near Kakching Keithel last night around seven p.m. When police tried to interrogate him he suddenly collapsed and was rushed to RIMS Hospital however he was discharged from the hospital this morning around 11 a.m.
\nAmujao was arrested twice in connection with the case of underground and was lodged in the jail.
\nThe JAC formed in connection with the case organized a meeting at Kakching Bazar Naoroi Lampak.
\nIt may be mentioned here that the body of Premila was found beheaded at Kakching Mahadeba Ching on April nine.
\nMeanwhile a sit in protest was held at Nambol Awang Jiri Mayai Laikai to protest the life attempt of Leitanthem Binoi, husband of Sorojini Devi, pradhan of Yarou Bamdiar Gram Panchayat last night around eight p.m.
\nThe unknown persons who claimed themselves as KCP, Taibangnganba group tried to fire at the husband of the pradhan however the bullet turned to be miss fire.
\nThe protesters demanded not to repeat such incident in future.<\/p>\n\n
