Kakching: Kakching District Labourer’s Welfare Association head office, Kakching organised an awareness programme for building and other construction workers cum labourers card distribution ceremony at Library and Information Centre auditorium, Kakching Phoushupat Leikai yesterday.
\nLabourers card issued by Manipur Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board were also distributed to 300 labourers during the programme.
\nMLA of Kakching AC Yengkhom Surchandra Singh, Kakching Municipal Council Chairperson Moirangthem Inakhunbi Devi, Deputy Labour Commissioner of Labour and Employment Department Manipur E Tomba Singh attended the awareness programme as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.<\/p>\n
