Indrakumar highlighted particularly on the impact of GST to media, both print and electronic.<\/p>\n<p>He said with the implementation of GST on July 1 all newspaper establishments and cable operators in Manipur should register with GST.<\/p>\n<p>If not, the department can impose penalty to them.<\/p>\n<p>He also explained on how to take benefits of Input Tax Credit (ITC).
