Mani from Keibi Kumuda Maning Leikai took training under the armed wing of UNLF, Manipur People\u2019s Army, (MPA) in 1997\/98 and worked up till the rank of\u00a0 2nd Lieutenant (2nd Lt.), said a release signed by director, department of publicity, M. Sak-hen.<\/p>\n<p>His service number was 571\/13, it said.
