Firoz Khan has appealed to the authority concerned to exempt their payments of loan as there has been excessive loss in agriculture due to flood caused by continuous rainfall in the months gone by.<\/p>\n<p>The government should take into account that after the cyclone Mora that occurred from May 8 to June 28, the incessant rain has immensely affected the agricultural lands of the area. The areas of Lilong under Thoubal district were the most affected in the disastrous incident, added Md.
