Biren launched battery operated vehicle service inside Kangla today.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at the occasion, N. Biren expressed hope that the newly launched vehicle service would give convenience to visitors especially senior citizens and differently-abled persons, who wish to tour the historic fort.<\/p>\n<p>Four battery operated vehicles have been made operational inside Kangla from today. Every vehicle will have a trained tour guide each.<\/p>\n<p>The chief minister also expressed desire to have a coffee table book on Kangla, which would have vital information about the sacred fort. Art and culture minister, L.
