IMPHAL, Dec 1: 29 Assam Rifles of 28 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South) yet again served as last resort in remote area of Joupi wherein units MI Room saved three precious lives.
\nAccording to a press release of PRO IGAR (S), a JCB carrying three men toppled near Joupi village, Chandel district on November 29 grievously injuring Romio (23) of Kakching, Bhagat (23) of Kakching and Edison (21) of Ethai.
\nThe unit provided immediate assistance in rescuing the individuals from the toppled vehicle. They were immediately rushed to unit MI Room, it said. The unit\u2019s medical team sensing the urgency, sprung into action and provided life saving treatment to the individuals in crucial initial hours of injury, the release added. <\/p>\n
