Brig Navneet Kumar, Commander 9 Sector Assam Rifles graced the occasion as chief guest of the function and reiterated the importance of voluntary blood donation to the gathering.<br \/>\nThe volunteer contribution by the doctors and the technical staff of RIMS made this event a great success. During the occasion, maximum troops from 28 Assam Rifles, 18 Sikh Regiment and 143 Bn CRPF also donated blood.
