Sarat, IAS, retd. Principal Secretary Government of Manipur, N. Chaoba, National Awardee and retd. ZEO, Ng. Naba National Awardee, retd. ZEO, as the Chief Guest, president and guest of honour. And IS. Khaidem attended as the moderator.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, Soyam Lokendrajit HOD of Philosophy Manipur University spoke on the topic of bringing a change in the society and from fear, while Amar Yumnan also spoke on the topic `Our society and Education`\u009d, and  Prof. K.
