Today 23 November 2012, the matter was listed as item number 7 in court number 4 of the Supreme Court of India.<br \/>\nThe two member bench asked the counsel of Manipur government \u201cHow can a State Government files an affidavit stating that they are killing \u201cus\u201d and so we are killing \u201cthem\u201d.
