IMPHAL, November 30: A combined team of delegates of All Manipur Intellectual Forum (AMIF) and All Manipur Democratic Women’s Front (AMDWF) visited Kokrajhar, Assam.<\/p>\n

During their visit, the team presented 12 bundles of blankets as relief package to the affected families, who are taking shelter in relief camps, with the help and co-operation from All Bodo Students’ Union as charity on humanitarian ground, said general secretary of AMIF, W Priyokumar at a press conference today at CPI (ML), Manipur office at RIMS Road.<\/p>\n

The massage of their visit was “the indigenous people in the south eastern Himalayan region should emotionally be integrated and should fight together to promote and protect indigenous peoples’ rights,” he informed.   <\/p>\n
