Saying that the boy`s family had signed a bond paper in the presence of Md Abdul, local Pradhan of Salam Irong Chesaba Gram Panchayat under which Md Amar`s family had agreed to give compensation to the girl`s family in the form of a sum of 1.50 lakhs or 5 mohor of gold on 10 January before 2 pm . Md Alim claimed that on the day the of agreement, the boy`s family handed 15 thousand in cash and left behind one TATA magic (Aris) without registration number as surety. The vehicle was kept in the premises of the local Pradhan`s house, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Saying that the remaining agreed amount of money has still not been given by the boy`s family despite the agreed upon time frame expiring,&nbsp; Md Alim further claimed that a team of Thoubal commandos led by an ASI came to the house of their local Pradhan and tried to take away the vehicle which had been left at the Pradhan`s house as surety over the agreement.
