DIMAPUR, Jan 20 NNN: Extended Christmas vacation of NSCN-IM chairman Isal Chisi Swu and the outfit\u2019s general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah seems to be winding up in Nagaland.
\nChairman Isak Chisi Swu is reportedly leaving Nagaland on January 22 while Thuingaleng Muivah may follow suit. However, the exact date when Th Muivah is leaving Nagaland is not certain.
\n\u201cOur general secretary is likely to leave by the end of this month,\u201d a senior NSCN-IM leader disclosed .
\nMeanwhile, it is speculated whether there could be new development in New Delhi with regard to the talks.
\nThe two NSCN-IM leaders were to leave Dimapur on January 12 but since the \u2018home-works\u2019 got piling they had postpone their programme. Reports said actually Isak Swu and Muivah were waiting for a call from New Delhi.
\nA different source however said Isak Chisi Swu\u2019s plan to leave Nagaland on January 22 for New Delhi is prompted by a \u2018personnel assignment\u2019. But still a well placed source put it otherwise.
\nWhatever may be the case, there have been serious speculations that a \u2018fresh news\u2019 in connection with the Indo-Naga peace process is likely soon. However, top NSCN-IM leaders continue to remain tight-lipped on the matter.<\/p>\n
