The youths had gone fishing and found the dead body while trying to lift out a chunk of floating biomass. The dead body was later identified to be that of one Oinam Goroba (35) son of O madan of Kongpal Chingangbam Leikai.<\/p>\n<p>Sources said, he had been missing since December 10, 2013 after he left home for a musical concert.
