The President, BJP, Manipur Pradesh is authorised for the purpose of constituting the above two committees. The formation of all the Mandals &amp; District Committees will be completed on or before the 30thMarch, 2013.<br \/>\nAll the Yuva and Mahila Morchas at District &amp;Mandal Levels will be accomplished within the month of the coming April, 2013.
