Commisioner (Hills) as the chief guest, R Koyaingam, Vice President of Maring Uparup Assembly (MUA) as the president and L Darsinso, Chief Executive Officer, MCS of Autonomous District Council as the guest of honour.<\/p>\n<p>MD Korung Maring attended the function as moderator while Rev.
