IMPHAL, Feb 23: The person who was arrested by security forces from Sawombung gate is a deserter and he is not related to the UNLF, stated senior publicity officer of the proscribed UNLF Ksh Yoiheiba in a press statement.
\nThe statement further stated that the arrested person Khomdram Tamnganba, alias Sushil, son of Itomcha of Tensubam Leirak Brahmapur Bheigyabati Leikai is a deserter who failed to report to the unit after taking leave on medical ground. He has also reported joined a faction of KCP very recently.
\nThe other arrested person Phanjoubam Winnerjit, son of Shyam of Bheigyabati Leikai is also not related to the outfit, the statement added.<\/p>\n
