IMPHAL, November 12: The senior division of the Assam Rifles Public School Keithelmanbi was inaugurated by Rashmi Chopra, President Assam Rifles Wives Welfare Association, Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles (South), said a press release from PRO IGAR (South).<\/p>\n
The Assam Rifles Public School Keithelmanbi has a special distinction wherein 60 percent of its students hail from adjoining villages, it said adding school is affiliated to the CBSE and has been achieving 100% results since its inception.<\/p>\n
In order to give further impetus to infrastructure and facilities in the school, the release said, a new senior division building was pioneered. <\/p>\n
While speaking on the occasion, Rashmi Chopra congratulated the school authorities and asked them to strive for excellence in all fields. Later on, she also interacted with teachers and students.<\/p>\n
Other prominent dignitaries who graced the occasion included Maj Gen Rajeev Chopra, Inspector General Assam Rifles (South), Brigadier MK Das, SM, VSM Commander 9 Sector Assam Rifles and Meeta Das, President ARWWA 9 Sector Assam Rifles. <\/p>\n\n
