IMPHAL, Dec 1: The charge of state Director General of Police has been handed over to Shahid Ahmed, IPS (Manipur-Tripura cadre of 1979) by the Governor with effect from today. <\/p>\n
The official charge of taking over will be official from November 2.<\/p>\n
A notification by SH Poonia, under- secretary of Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms states that principal secretary , J Suresh Babu who is the principal secretary of Home and Education-S has been given additional charge of SPD (SSA\/RMSA).<\/p>\n
H Deleep Singh, Director of Education-S and SPD(SSA\/RMSA) will be holding charge of Education-S only. <\/p>\n\n
