{"id":7025,"date":"1999-11-29T20:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-11-30T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"tag:feeds.feedburner.com:\/\/babc13863657dd3efc248e63a4797965"},"modified":"1999-11-29T20:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-11-30T00:00:00","slug":"father-attacks-son","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.manipur.org\/news\/1999\/11\/29\/father-attacks-son\/","title":{"rendered":"Father attacks son"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>  <script type=\"text\/javascript\">var addthis_product='wpp-252';<\/script><script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"http:\/\/s7.addthis.com\/js\/250\/addthis_widget.js#pubid=kanglaonline\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>IMPHAL, May 19: In a bizarre incident, a father attempted to murder his own son during an altercation between the two at Kangla Songomsnag village, of Imphal east district under Lamlai police station evening around 5.30 pm on May 18.<\/p>\n<p>According to a source, father Longjam Abhiram, 48 of Kangla Shangomshang attacked his own son identified as Nabakumar alias Manaoba 22, yesterday evening while the son was resting on his bed using a hammer.<\/p>\n<p>During the attack the son received serious head injuries and is stated to be admitted in a critical condition at the Shija hospital.
