IMPHAL, Dec 4: The Armed Forces Flag Day is an occasion for us to acknowledge the sacrifices made by our gallant jawans in the defence of our great nation, said a message of the Governor. <\/p>\n
“On this occasion, I appeal to all citizens to contribute generously towards the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund.” <\/p>\n
“I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to all the members of our Armed Forces, Ex-Servicemen and their families on the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day, December 6, 2013”, it said. <\/p>\n\n
