IMPHAL, Dec 7: The Manipur People’s Party is organising a silent rally on December 9, 2013 against the brutal murder of Haobijam Manisana Singh and that the party will submit a memorandum to the Governor of Manipur.<\/p>\n
The press release also appealed to all to extend cooperation.<\/p>\n
It further urged to all concerned not to provide any obstruction to the party members and workers who will be coming to participate in the proposed silent rally.<\/p>\n\n
