Chandramani Singh, former deputy Chief Minister, and Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, president of Manipur People`\u2122s Party, as the chief guest and president respectively.<br \/>\nRenowned historian and former minister Prof Gangmumei Kamei attended the function as the resource person.
