IMPHAL, March 10: A newly constructed RCC culvert was inaugurated today at Langthabal Kunja Makha Leikai.<\/p>\n

The RCC was construction under the financial assistance of social worker N Nilakumar Singh, Langthabal. <\/p>\n

Speaking at the function, N Nilakumar said that unemployed youth from Khoupum to Toupokpi are joining in the ginger plantation.<\/p>\n

All the so-called social workers have been remaining silent since a long time, he said while adding that every year during the rainy season crops are damaged.<\/p>\n

A social worker should work for the benefit of the people, he said and added, he will work for the people.<\/p>\n

Last year he had distributed water pumps to people of Lilong areas who had suffered from drought like situations last year.<\/p>\n

The culvert was constructed at the cost of Rs 11 lakh.<\/p>\n\n
