IMPHAL, Dec 12: Silver medalist of 65th Mr Universe Contest, 2011, L Irabanta was given warm reception by All Manipur Body Building and Fitness Association in a simple function at Hotel Imphal, North AOC.
The reception function was graced by IGP P Doungel, Y Bhim, president AMBBFA, K Manoranjan, additional chief engineer CADA and N Maipak as the chief guest, president and guests of honour respectively.
