THOUBAL, Sep 13 : Junior Technical Assistants and Computer operators , who were hired under the basis of daily wage contract at the Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL), locked the office of MSPDCL in Thoubal Athokpam and started cease work strike, concerning the decision of the company to appoint new recruits instead of appointing the contract employees.
