Office of the District Magistrate, Thoubal district has issued a prohibitory order prohibiting assembly of five and more persons and carrying of lethal weapons such as sticks, stone, firearms etc within a perimeter of 100 metres from the Examination centres at Lilong Haoreibi College, Lilong Thoubal College, Thoubal, Waikhom Mani Girls’ College, Thoubal Yairipok Universal College, Yairipok and YK College, Wangjing with effect from 8 am to 5 pm from December 5, 2018 to January 21, 2019 or till the examination are over, said a statement released by District Magistrate, Thoubal Source The Sangai Express
