IMPHAL, Sep 23: Ministry of Home Affairs, Internal Security Secretary Rina Mitra will visit Moreh tomorrow and review the free movement regime being enforced there between India and Myanmar.
The team headed by Rina Mitra will also include MHA North East in-charge Satyendra Garg. They would land here in a helicopter from Nagaland at 8 am.
After Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh observed that the free movement regime is being abused by insurgents, the Ministry constituted a committee to review the same.
The team has already visited Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland.
After putting up one night at Imphal, the team would leave for Mizoram, informed a source.
