IMPHAL, Oct 23 : Coming out strongly against the decision of the Heads of Departments and Deans of Manipur University to endorse the October 8 resolution of the Academic Council which pegs the reservation quota of SC at 15 pc, ST at 7.5 pc and OBC at 27 pc, the Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur has today asserted that this is against the law and hence should not be implemented.
