Any agreement pr accord with NSC(IM) by Government of India shall not affect the territorial integrity in letter and spirit and the interests of State of Manipur at any cost.<\/p>\n<p>2. It is decided the State Government to pass a resolution on recently signed &#8220;Framework Agreement&#8221; between the Government of India and NSCN(IM) in the ensuing Manipur Legislative Assembly to protect the territorial integrity of Manipur and its interests in letter and spirit.<\/p>\n<p>3.
