IMPHAL, May 26: The Directorate of Minorities and Other Backward Classes (MOBC) has notified to all the concerned that a two-day workshop on problems and issues of MOBC scholarships (both OBCs & Minorities) and the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) will be held on June 3 and 4 from 10 am to 2 pm at the conference hall of State Guest House, Sanjenthong.<\/p>\n
