\nMOREH, Feb 22: The inter-ministerial team which reached Myanmar today to participate in a preliminary round talk between the two nations on beginning of Imphal-Mandalay bus services returned empty handed after their Myanmarese counterparts did not turn up.<\/p>\n

The team after gathering at Moreh Trade Centre did spend time conducting an inspection of the condition of roadways and bus parking facilities at Tamu.
