bank accounts  in the State While acknowledging  the difficulties faced  by various departments in implementing  schemes through  DBT, mostly in the remote  areas where banking facilities  have not been provided,  Joykumar Singh instructed  bank officials to expedite  opening of bank branches  wherever necessary  He maintained that all major  issues like infrastructure,  connectivity and communication  necessary for opening  bank branches would be addressed  if all the stake  holders cooperate with each  other He appealed to all the  stake holders to cooperate  with the Government to attain  the target as it is one of the  targets set by the Government  Regarding the opening  of bank branches in the  unbanked blocks in the State,  Commissioner Finance VK  Dewangan said, out of the 32  unbanked blocks in the State,  initiatives have been started  for opening bank branches in  21 blocks  Of these, banks will be  made operational in four  blocks namely T Vaichong,  Phungyar, Nungba and  Sangaikot from first June this  year and remaining blocks  will also be covered very  soon, he added He also instructed  the officials to  complete Aadhar and mobile  number seeding with beneficiaries&#8217;
